We have recently brought online, a fulfilment centre that receives your order, picks it, packs it and lovingly sends it to you with an average delivery timeframe between 3 & 8 days. No risks at all, if something was to go wrong on our end, we will re-dispatch, replace or refund if a fault occurs.

Our Co-Founder & Designer, Nathan Ellett plays Grade Cricket here in Perth and has a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. His design methodology for the ID1 attracted the attention of a few Podiatrists working in the Cricket space to consult on the design of our new range.

Most players find our shoes comfortable straight out of the box. However, a short break-in period may help the shoe mould naturally to your foot for optimal comfort.

Our shoes are built using high-quality materials and construction methods to withstand the demands of regular play. Longevity will vary depending on usage, surface type and care.

Our sizing aligns closely with most major sports footwear brands. If anything we run slightly large to allow your foot the room it desires to move naturally.

Our design philosophy centres around ergonomics. This means starting with a wide toe box to allow the foot to spread and move naturally. We have one of the widest fitting shoes on the market!

Our shoes are designed to fit true to standard sizing. If you normally wear a specific size in athletic or cricket footwear, we recommend ordering the same size. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for added comfort.

As Cricketers we have designed all of our shoes to take on the varying conditions and pitches that you will encounter playing Cricket. These have been tested all around the World and are ready to go!

Yes. Most of our Pro Players was their shoes and pleasantly surprised how well they clean up.

Make sure to remove the insoles before washing them.

We recommend screwing in you spike plugs to better protect the spike threads in the shoe.

Allow your shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources such as heaters or dryers. Allow 24 hours for the shoes to properly dry when in warm dry conidtions.

Using the correct shoe for the intended surface, cleaning the dirt & debris from the sole regularly and allowing them to fully dry between uses will significantly improve longevity.

#1 piece of advice for longevity, don't kick your shoes off at the end of the day. This causes sole and heel cup damage! Loosen your shoes off properly and simply slide your foot out.
